“What is ‘Confession’ of SIN – 101” …Blog.

“What is ‘Confession’ of SIN – 101” …Blog.

*** (1Jn 1:9-10) If we make it our habit to confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us those sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
(1Jn 1:10) If we say that we have never sinned, we make Him a liar and His word is ‘not’ in us.

*** (Romans 6:16) Don't you know; that when you offer yourselves to someone; as obedient slaves; you are slaves of the one you ‘Obey’ –> either of Sin; which leads to Death; or of ‘Obedience’ –> which leads to Righteousness?

*** (James 1:13-to-16) When someone is tempted; he should not say, “I am being tempted by God,” –> because God cannot be tempted by evil; nor does He tempt anyone.
(Jas 1:14) Instead, each person is tempted by his own desire [lust]; being lured and trapped by it.
(Jas 1:15) When that desire [lust] becomes pregnant; it gives birth to Sin; and when that sin grows up [matures]; it gives birth to Death.
(Jas 1:16) Do ‘not’ be deceived; my dear brothers.

*** (2Kings 17:33) They feared Jehovah the Lord; and [also] ‘served’ their own [false] gods; according to the custom of the nations: whom they removed from there. [Duplicity!]

Please, may I ask… “What does ‘Confession of Sin’ mean to You”…? Many Christians simply use only… “1Jn 1:9”… and totally miss the other attributes of the: “True Confession of Sin.” How can there be more…? A Bible verse taken out of context; is usually a “Pre–Text for Error!” Did ‘You’ know there are “Caveats” to… “1Jn 1:9”…? If ‘You’ do not know what they are… how do ‘You’ know you made a proper “Biblical Confession”…? The ‘True Believing’ OT Jew knew his Bible and was able to tie together these threads of Truth! His “PAYMENT” was a ‘Sacrificial Animal’ for sin; by the Levite Priest! Each transgression of the Law: had a personal cost to the sinner himself! And yet, the NT ‘True Believer’ who has the Holy Spirit; and hardly ever “Reads & Studies & Practices”… the Holy Word of God! The Cost for Sin has been eternally paid for him or her; by the Finished Work of Redemption by Christ Jesus. And there is no ‘personal’ cost to that redemption. “Easy Believe-Ism” has replaced the teaching of the Holy Word of God! Say it isn’t ‘So’…? Do ‘You’ meet with Christ Jesus in His Holy Word… “Daily”…? Do ‘You’ know what Scriptures pertain to “Confession”…? If “Not”… Why “Not”…?

*** (2Corinthains 4:16) For this cause we do not faint; but though our outward man perishes, yet the inward man is being renewed = day by day. [John 15:1-2-3

*** (Ephesians 4:28) The thief ‘must’ –> no longer steal: –> but must work hard and do what is good with his own hands, so that he might have something to give to the needy.

*** (Luke 19:8) And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken anything from any man by false accusation: –> I restore him ‘Fourfold’. [4X]

*** (Proverbs 28:13) He who covers his sins shall not be blessed; but whoever ‘confesses’ and –> ‘leaves’ them –> shall have mercy.

*** (Romans 6:1-2) What shall we say then? Shall we ‘continue’ in sin, that grace may abound?
(Rom 6:2) God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

*** (Luke 3:8) Therefore, bring forth fruits worthy of repentance; and do not begin to say within yourselves; We have Abraham for our father. For I [Jesus] say to you; that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones.

*** (Acts 17:30-31) And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now [strictly] commands all men everywhere –> to “Repent”: [Luke 13:1-to-5]
(Acts 17:31) Because He [God] has appointed a day, in the which; He will judge the world in righteousness by that man [Christ Jesus]; Whom He hath ordained; whereof He hath given assurance unto all men, in that He [God] has raised Him [Jesus] from the dead.

Repentance – 101 Blog  [1/6]

If ‘You’ confess your “SIN”… and it does bring about a change in your… “Heart & Actions”…” If it does “NOT”… then it is “NOT” :–> “True Biblical Confession”…! Isn’t that what the ‘above’ Bible verses say…? Do ‘You’ realize that… “True Biblical Confession… “CHANGES” your ‘Behavior’…? Yes or No…? Did ‘You’ notice Zacchaeus [Luke 19:18] was willing to Fulfill the Law in paying back… ‘Fourfold’ [4X]…? “Repentance” & “Restoration” & “Reconciliation”… are all tenants of “True Biblical Confession” for the NT Believer! Yet, many of the NT Believers… do ‘Not’ even; “Want to know these Biblical Truths”…! Many simply will ‘Not’ even ask for Forgiveness… when they harm one another…! They do not realize that it was ‘NOT’… the Roman soldiers –> that nailed Christ Jesus to the Cross…! It was the “SINS” of… “ME, My Sins”… that Nailed ‘HIM’ to that Cross…! True Biblical Confession happens ‘Only’ –> when we are willing to take that… “Personal Responsibility” of: –> “My Sins Nailed ‘HIM’ [Christ Jesus]:–> there to that Cross”…!

*** (Ecclesiastes 8:11) Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily; therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

*** (Job 28:28) And to man He said, Behold, the fear of the Lord; that is wisdom! And to ‘depart’ from evil is understanding!

*** (Acts 5:8-to-11) So Peter asked her, "Tell me, did you sell the land for that price?" She answered, "Yes, that was the price."
(Act 5:9) Then Peter said to her, "How could you have agreed together to test the Spirit of the Lord? Listen! The feet of the men who buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you outside as well."
(Act 5:10) She instantly fell down at his feet and died. When the young men came in, they found her dead. So they carried her out and buried her next to her husband.
(Act 5:11) And great fear seized the whole church and everyone else who heard about this.

*** (1Tim 5:20) Those who sin, rebuke before all; so that the rest also may fear [God].

*** (Luke 13:1-to-5) At that time, some people who were there told Jesus about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices.
(Luke 13:2) He asked them, "Do you think that these Galileans were more sinful than all the other Galileans because they suffered like this?
(Luke 13:3) Absolutely not, I [Jesus] tell you! But if you don't repent, then you, too, will all die.
(Luke 13:4) What about those eighteen people who were killed when the tower at Siloam fell on them? Do you think they were worse offenders than all the other people living in Jerusalem?
(Luke 13:5) Absolutely not, I [Jesus] tell you! But if you don't repent, then you, too, will all die."

*** (Romans 3:18) There is no fear of God before their eyes.

Will ‘You’ dedicate some time and… “Read” & “Study” & “Obey”… His Holy Word…? There are Many Christians on Face Book… who spend their time posting ‘Religious Ditties!’   Hardly ever do they share the Holy Word of God. Instead they post the “Current ‘Lies’ of the News!” If ‘You’ do ‘Not’ know… “What the Bible really Teaches”… why would ‘You’ post a You Tube Video Sermon…?  Many of these types Posts are… “Biblically Incorrect!” Did ‘You’ really think that ‘You’ were doing the Work of God: for His Kingdom…? Did ‘You’ know that at the… “Judgment Seat of Christ JESUS”… that your work will be “Tried” by His Holy Word…? And that the “Wrong Biblical Teaching”… that ‘You’ posted: will bring ‘You’… “NO Eternal Rewards”…! Shouldn’t ‘You’ as His Child… know what His Holy Word teaches for yourself…? “Yes or No”…?

*** (Hebrews 5:11-to-14) We have much to say about this; but it is difficult to explain; ‘because’ you have become, too lazy to understand.
(Heb 5:12) In fact, though by now you should be teachers; you still need someone to teach you; the basic truths of God's Word. You have become people who need milk; instead of solid food.
(Heb 5:13) For everyone who lives on milk; is still a baby; and is inexperienced in the message of righteousness.
(Heb 5:14) But solid food is for mature people; whose minds are ‘trained’ by practice; to ‘distinguish’: good from evil.

*** (1Peter 4:17-18-19) For the time has come for the judgment to begin from the house of God. And if it first begins from us, what will be the end of those disobeying the gospel of God?
(1Pet 4:18) And if the righteous one is scarcely saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?
(1Pet 4:19) Therefore let those who suffer according to the will of God commit their souls in well-doing, as to a faithful Creator.

*** (John 12:48) He who rejects Me [Jesus] and does not receive My Words; has One who judges him; the Word that I [Jesus] have spoken; the same shall ‘Judge’ him in the “Last Day”.

*** (Matthew 5:13) You are the salt of the world. But if the salt should lose its taste; how can it be made salty again? It's good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled on by people.

*** (2Corinthains 13:5) examine yourselves; whether you are in the faith; prove your own selves. Do you not know your own selves; that Jesus Christ is in you [Romans 8:9]; unless you are reprobates?

Perhaps take a blank Note Book… and start making a list of Scriptures…? Learn explicitly what His Holy Word teaches for yourself! Remember, my opinion or your opinion will ‘NOT’ count! The Holy Word of God… should be our: Only Point or Reference…! “Nothing More… Nothing Less!” If ‘You’ are His child… isn’t it about “Time”…?

*** (Amos 8:11) Behold, the days come; says the Lord Jehovah; that I will send a “Famine” in the land; ‘Not’ a “Famine” of bread; ‘Nor’ a thirst for water; But of = “Hearing” [and Doing] = the Words of the LORD Jehovah [The Holy Word of GOD].

*** (Proverbs 30:6) Do not add to His Words, lest He reprove you and you be found a liar.

*** (Jeremiah 23:29) Is not My Word like a fire? Says the LORD Jehovah; and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces? [Hebrews 4:11-12-13]

*** (John 8:28-29) So Jesus told them, “When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing on my own authority. Instead, I speak only what the Father [God] has taught Me.
(John 8:29) Moreover, the One [God] Who sent Me [Jesus] is with Me. He [God] has never left Me [Jesus] alone because –> I [Jesus] always do what pleases Him [God].”
